Ordering
To pay with PayPal Logon to www.PayPal.com and follow their instructions to send payment to
fitzmauricebill@gmail.com . Type the address into the PayPal address field manually,
if you copy and paste off this page the HTML code may not be recognized.
If you don't have a PayPal account you can create one in minutes and use your
credit card to make an instant payment.
Be sure to
indicate which plans you are ordering in the Comments section of the PayPal
remittance form.
Plans will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. Plans may
only be sent to the email or physical address of record with PayPal. This is necessary
for both buyer and seller protection. Please do not ask us to send plans to an email
or physical address not associated with your PayPal account. If you don't get
your plans promptly check your spam folder, many email providers divert emails
with photos and large attachments.
On occasion PayPal neglects to inform us of a remittance, so if you don't get
your plans within two days email us to be sure that your plans were sent.
If your payment is listed by PayPal as 'unclaimed' you spelled the delivery
address wrong; we are a registered business account and payments are claimed by
us automatically.
If you have a Google Pay account you may pay with it, sending the payment to fitzmauricebill@gmail.com
Google Pay only notifies us of funds received. You must send an email to us specifying which plans you want.
US and Canadian residents may send Postal money orders or personal checks to:

Include your email address and which plans are being ordered.
Plans will be sent via email within 10 days.
Your plans will be delivered to you in MS Word format as an email attachment.
If you would prefer PDF please so indicate.
If you're ordering plans where more than one version is available be sure to
indicate which version you want. For instance, if you want a Jack 10 order
'Jack 10', not 'Jack'. If you want a THTLP order a THTLP, not a THT.

Want more? If you like what you see and want to order more plans
you can take the volume discount for 30 days from the date of the
original purchase. You must provide us with the original purchase date
when you place the follow up order.

Dropbox is the best method of delivery, we can email a link within 24 hours.
CD or USB takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Please specify
when you order if you want the plans via Dropbox, USB Flash Drive or CD. If you don't specify one or the
other you will be sent a Dropbox link.
Overseas orders will be filled via Dropbox, email
or FTP transfer. For FTP transfer you must supply us with the FTP address, username,
password and destination file for your upload. With email delivery eight to ten plans
will be sent per day until delivery is complete. With Dropbox a download link will be sent to your email address.
